The Quinn Farm subdivision plan is "draft approved". The plan must be registered before lots can be transferred to the purchaser. Completion of the legal process of registration is anticipated by May 31st 2011. However, we cannot warrant or guarantee that the plan will be registered by that date, or at all, and cannot accept any responsibility or liability, of whatever nature, should registration be delayed, or should it not occur, and this development cancelled or deferred.
